Role Summary
The Regional Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in connecting the Eastvaal Motors dealership network with the broader brand vision. Reporting to the Head of Group Marketing, this individual is responsible for executing regional marketing strategies, coordinating multi-channel campaigns, and serving as the central liaison between dealerships, OEM partners, creative teams, and external agencies. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven marketing professional to make a tangible impact across multiple dealership locations within Eastvaal Motors’ fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Strategy & Campaign Execution
•Implement regional marketing strategies aligned with head-office brand goals, OEM CI standards and guidelines.
•Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple dealership locations, including management of website content and social media presence.
•Brief campaigns into the creative team and manage the end-to-end production process through to completion.
•Assist in planning promotional calendars, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Stakeholder & Partner Liaison
•Act as the central link between internal/external agencies, dealerships, OEM representatives, and the Marketing Head Office.
•Liaise with agencies, media partners, dealerships, and suppliers to ensure seamless campaign delivery and brand consistency.
Analytics, Reporting & Finance
•Analyse regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform marketing decisions.
•Track campaign performance and return on investment (ROI), producing comprehensive monthly reports.
•Monitor marketing budgets across the region and ensure cost-effective allocation of spend.
•Submit accurate monthly claims to OEM partners for marketing rebates and co-operative funding
Minimum Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
Education & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
•3–5 years of experience in a marketing coordination or similar role, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
•Proven experience working with OEM partners, dealer networks, or franchise brands is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
•Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
•Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
•Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and budget management.
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage relationships at all levels.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CMS platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
•Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally.
