A job opportunity exists for a New Sales Executive position at our Middelburg Ford Dealership.
Job summary: The successful candidate will be responsible to plan, manage & monitor the implementation of all vehicles sales activities and processes to maximize vehicle sales and profits.
Responsibilities: (This is not an exhaustive list)
• To sell the maximum number of vehicles.
• To ensure the customer is aware of all available accessories and extended warranties.
• To ensure all avenues of finance are explored to provide the customer with best finance facilities.
• To always ensure the highest degree of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION in accordance with Company sales policy to ensure future repeat sales.
• To ensure details of all vehicle transactions are accurately recorded and registered.
• To review daily activities, promotions, sales, targets and other activities.
• To ensure all payments for vehicles are complete and correct for each transaction.
• To ensure observance of safety and security of people, vehicles and property always.
• To establish and maintain a rapport with all potential and actual customers.
• To participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration.
• To discuss any pricing policy changes affecting vehicle sales.
• To have the ability to qualify customers, overcome objections and to close a sale.
• To be always available for update training.
Knowledge, skills and personal attributes:
•Must have at least 2 – 3 years’ sales executive experience.
• To have up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices.
• Good communication skills.
• Good customer service and selling skills.
• Must always have an impeccable personal appearance.
•Valid drivers’ licence
Qualifications:
•Matric
•Marketing and Sales qualification or equivalent

Salary: neg. based on experience
