A job opportunity exists for a Fitment Centre Manager position at our Motor City Dealership.

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and well-presented individual to join our team.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Fitment Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dealership fitment centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all fitment activities, ensuring high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability of the department.

Key Responsibilities
•Manage the overall operations of the fitment centre (accessories, alarms, tracking devices, vehicle enhancements, etc.)
•Supervise fitment technicians and support staff
•Ensure all installations are completed accurately, safely, and within set timelines
•Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship
•Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
•Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
•Handle customer queries, complaints, and service delivery issues
•Drive revenue growth and cost control within the department
•Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
•Compile and submit operational and performance reports

Minimum Requirements
•Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
•Relevant technical qualification in automotive/electrical/mechanical field (advantageous)
•3–5 years’ experience in a fitment centre or automotive workshop environment
•Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role
•Strong technical knowledge of vehicle accessories and fitments
•Computer literacy (MS Office and dealership systems)
•Valid driver’s licence
