A job opportunity exists for a Stock Controller position at our Witbank Motor City Dealership.
The suitable candidates’ main responsibilities and duties include, but not limited to the following:
• Bringing vehicles into stock.
• Invoicing of new and used vehicles.
• Managing deal files.
• Establish and maintain relationship with manufacturer and dealer network to enable sourcing of vehicles.
• Capture all new vehicle information unto the dealer management system to ensure that the system is up to date and the information is available to all users.
• Recording and reporting on transactional activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision-making in area of accountability.
• Ensuring all manufacturer requirements and specifications for reporting of vehicles is done accurately.
• Ensuring all information is captured correctly on the dealer management system (Evolve) thereby ensuring minimal losses following fleet claim audits.
• Deliver work activities effectively to satisfy customers.
• Weekly and Monthly stock counts.
Education and other requirements:
Matric.
Computer Literacy including proficiency on Microsoft Excel.
Good communication both written and telephonic.
Package:
Salary: neg. based on experience
Medical Aid and Provident fund.
