Eastvaal Motors is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Head of Marketing/Digital Director to lead our marketing function across 12 dealerships and more than 30 automotive brands. This role focuses on digital performance, retail lead generation, creative oversight, analytics, and dealer-level execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and drive a performance-led, digital-first marketing strategy for the Group.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team (performance, data/CRM, creative, content, and dealer activation).
• Oversee digital advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic and other digital platforms.
• Ensure OEM CI compliance and alignment with national marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimise marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI reporting.
• Oversee content production, creative asset development, and brand storytelling.
• Ensure consistent execution of campaigns across 12 dealerships.
• Maintain dashboards, analytics, and CRM accuracy in collaboration with the Data & CRM Specialist.
• Present monthly and quarterly marketing performance results to EXCO.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with OEM partners and Dealer Principals

Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
• 7–10 years’ experience in senior marketing/digital leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance media.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-rand marketing budgets.
• Automotive retail or multi-brand environment experience beneficial.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, data analytics, attribution modelling, and dashboards.
• Postgraduate qualification (MBA or Digital Strategy) advantageous.
